Keystone Holistic Matrix ("Keystone", "we", "us") is a brand operated by Doreen Chand (Sole Trader), ABN 60 512 950 323, based in Victoria, Australia, at doreen-chand.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we handle it. We handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), whether or not the Act formally requires us to.

What we collect

Account and order details — your name, email address, purchase history, and membership subscription status when you buy a product or join VIP membership.

Email sign-up details — your email address when you request a free guide or join our mailing list, together with our records of your consent and unsubscribe choices.

Support correspondence — messages you send us and our replies.

Payment details — processed securely by Shopify Payments and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.

Site usage — technical data collected through cookies and similar technologies, such as IP address, browser and device identifiers, cookie IDs, pages visited, and security signals that help keep the site safe.

How we use it

To deliver the products, guides, and membership access you've requested.

To send you emails you've opted into. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent, always identify us as the sender, and always include a one-click unsubscribe.

To keep the site and our systems secure.

To meet our legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we only share it as described in this policy.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers who make Keystone run: Shopify (store and checkout), Klaviyo (email delivery), and Simplee (membership access). Each receives only the information needed to provide its service. Some of these providers store data outside Australia (for example, the United States); we take reasonable steps to ensure information processed overseas is handled consistently with Australian privacy standards.

We may also disclose personal information where required or authorised by law, regulation, court order, or lawful request from a government authority.

How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls and multi-factor authentication where available and appropriate. No online system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as it is needed for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires (for example, order records for tax purposes). When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Children

Keystone is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us their information, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it where appropriate and lawful.

Cookies

We use two kinds of cookies. Essential cookies run the store — the cart, checkout, and login cannot work without them. Analytics cookies are optional and help us understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and on what kind of device. You can control or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the store from working.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link in any email.

Request access to, or correction of, your personal information by contacting hello@doreen-chand.com.

Ask us to delete your personal information. We will delete it where we can, but we may need to keep some records to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations — we will tell you if that is the case.

Complaints

If you have a privacy concern, contact us first at hello@doreen-chand.com — we will respond within 30 days and work with you to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the date above.
