30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when received
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Non-Returnable Items

Please note the following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital downloads and eBooks
  • Personalized or custom-made items (including crystal healing readings and AI-generated spiritual art)
  • Memberships or services already accessed or used
  • Gift cards
  • Health and personal care items
  • Items marked as โ€œFinal Saleโ€
  • Used essential oils or belly button chakra blends

Return Options

You can initiate a return through one of the following methods:

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply in the following situations:

  • Item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Item is returned after 30 days from delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you havenโ€™t received a refund:

  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Contact your bank

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at contact@doreen-chand.com for instructions.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, youโ€™ll receive a gift credit once the returned item is received. If the gift was sent to the buyer first, they will receive the refund.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels.
