Refund policy

We keep this simple and fair, and nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Digital products (ebooks, guides, tools)
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, change-of-mind refunds are not offered once a product has been downloaded or accessed. This never limits your remedies for a faulty or misdescribed product, and genuine duplicate purchases are considered on their facts — just contact us.
Under Australian Consumer Law:
If a product has a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law — including in circumstances where it cannot be used for its normal purpose or is significantly different from its description — you can choose a refund or a replacement.
If the problem is minor, we may first supply a corrected file within a reasonable time; if we cannot, you are entitled to a refund.
If something isn't right, email hello@doreen-chand.com with your order number. We'll respond within 3 business days and fix genuine problems quickly.
VIP membership
Cancel any time; your access continues to the end of the current billing period.
We don't refund partly used billing periods for change of mind.
Where a technical failure within our reasonable control materially prevents access to a substantial part of the paid membership service, we will provide an appropriate remedy — such as an extension or a refund — having regard to the nature and duration of the failure and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 3–5 business days of approval; your bank or card provider may take longer to show the funds.
We may need to verify your order or identity before processing. Never send card details by email — we will never ask for them.
Free guides
Free guides and opt-in resources carry no purchase price, so refunds don't apply — though our other obligations to you under Australian Consumer Law still do.
