These terms apply when you access or use doreen-chand.com, purchase a product, create an account, or join VIP membership. Where you make a purchase or join VIP membership, you will be asked to agree to the terms that apply to that transaction.
Who we are
Keystone Holistic Matrix is a brand operated by Doreen Chand (Sole Trader), ABN 60 512 950 323, Victoria, Australia, at doreen-chand.com. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
What Keystone is — and isn't
Keystone provides structured guidance, digital publications, tools, and audio for personal alignment and clarity. It is educational and reflective in nature. It is not medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified practitioner. Orders, pricing and delivery
All prices are in Australian dollars. Where we are registered for GST, prices include GST. Digital products are delivered by email or download link once payment is complete. If a delivery fails, contact us and we will supply the product promptly.
Digital products
Purchases of ebooks, guides, and digital tools grant you a personal, non-transferable licence for your own use.
You may not copy, share, resell, republish, or distribute Keystone content, in whole or in part, without written permission.
Unless otherwise stated, all content, design, structure, imagery and other intellectual property made available through Keystone are owned by or licensed to Doreen Chand.
VIP membership
Membership gives you access to the Vault and member surfaces for as long as your subscription is active. Memberships renew automatically; you will be asked to acknowledge this at checkout, and the full billing, renewal, and cancellation terms are set out in our Membership Terms.
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Membership pricing and inclusions may change over time, except that Founding Membership pricing remains subject to the Founding Membership commitment in our Membership Terms. We will give existing members at least 30 days' notice by email before a price increase, and any increase applies no earlier than your next renewal after that notice period.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. One account per person; access is not shareable.
Fair use and conduct
We may suspend access where content is being redistributed, accounts are shared, or the service is misused. We'll always contact you first where reasonable.
Consumer guarantees and liability
Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except for those rights and remedies, our liability in connection with a product or membership is limited to resupplying the relevant product or service, or refunding the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the date above.
